I am M.Pharm with one year experience in Regulatorty Affairs.I would like enhance my opportunity.I am very much interested in Regulatory Affairs(International Marketing & Product Registration).Please let me know which degree would be ideal whether PhD or MBA-IB to.

Doing Ph.D. will definitely increase your career prospects as it will give you a research experience in the field.
Ph.D. candidates are highly sought after by pharmaceutical companies in their R & D [Research and Development departments.
Option of doing MBA still remains open even after Ph.D.

go for Phd... that will add much value to your present status and help you in future also.

I have completed my m.pharm in pharmaceutics and working as regulatory affairs executive.let me know the universities that provide part time phd in pharma regulatory affairs?
