Good morning sir. Why most of the IT Company needs 10 & 12th standard percentage. I'm doing MCA final year sir but in our colleg the visited companies needs above 60% in 10 & 12th standard means eligible else. But i didnt get 60% percentage in 12th standard i get only 55.75 % sir. So i'm not eligible to attent the most of IT companies sir. But i want to go IT Companies its may chance for me to attent any other companies? And also let me sir why IT companies needs like this because most of the student are affected by this. Pls let me sir... I am waiting for u r reply .. Thank u sir

Only few companies are there that require such details from the candidates and the reason is that they want to check the overall growth of a person but finally you will be selected on the basis of your present knowledge and skills because you will work for a company on graduation knowledge and skills.
