Why is there Child labour in Govt. institutions?
On one side govt. is telling STOP Child labour ,but on the other hand govt. itself has child labour along with caterers in govt. institutions.What sort of rule it is?How the education can be reached to those child working in govt. institutions & what is the use of making "EDUCATION AS A RIGHT" of children?Is it simply for name sake?
