Will I be considered as an NRI? I'm an Indian citizen currently residing in South Africa and passed 12th from there
Dear sir/madam
I am an indian citizen currently residing in south africa since. I passed my std.12 with s.african certi. in. and i am not yet qualified as a south african citizen. So if i want to go back to india in 2012 and further my studies in an indian university, how am i going to be treated? i mean, will i still be an indian citizen and be treated just like other indians or will i be now NRI or something else? please help me, i have no knowledge about that. thank you. |

A non-resident Indian (NRI) is a citizen of India who holds an Indian passport and has temporarily emigrated to another country for six months or more for work, residence or any other purpose. THANK YOU............................ |
