my son souvik goswami is a 2nd yr.mbbs student studying in a govt.college.is there any scope for getting scholarship?

i am not getting any scholarship from any institute and i am doing 2nd year mbbs so now can i get scholarship?

I am second year student of mbbs from govt.college. I got 70% in first year of mbbs.for some reason I could not apply for scholership that government provide. I am eligible for scholarship. So now what can I do?

Im studyin in 2nd year mbbs in private college under govt coat ,at Davangere in karnataka state. I have applied mhrd scholarship on 2012.But i have not recieved any reply till today.So i need help.
