Yes, you are eligible to apply for UPPCL AE Recruitment being a B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) graduate. The basic educational qualification required to apply for UPPCL AE Recruitment 2015 is "Candidates must have Degree or Diploma in Engineering in Civil or Electrical streams obtained from a recognized university". Electronics Candidates can apply against this recruitment under "Electrical Stream". Since you are B.Tech (ECE) holder you can apply against Electrical Trainee Posts.

Civil Trainee Posts - 163 vacancies

Electrical Trainee Posts - 24 vacancies
