Please someone do explain me that am i eligible for government job after getting my B.Tech through Gitam university?

You want to know whether you are eligible for government job after completion of B.Tech degree from GITAM University. Yes, definitely you are eligible for govt. jobs after completion of degree.

If your technical portion is strong then you can apply for technical jobs such as DMRC JE , Indian Railway etc. If you are not so much strong in technical subjects then you can apply for non technical exams such as:

Why not GITAM University is accredited with AICTE and it became deemed university. This university is not at all a problem. Coming to your qualification you have not mention any thing about your academic career.
