Sir, l have done my graduation by IGNOU in this I got degree in B.Sc in (Hospitality and hotel administration). So, am I eligible for the exam?

Sir, actually i am pursing BSC (hm&cs) MKU Chennai, and i want to preparation for upsc so i want know, am i eligible for UPSC exam or not, please give me suggestion, i am waiting.
