Respected Sir/Madam, I have completed my BCom(Accountancy) Honours. I want to apply for Inspection Engineer post in HPCL. So I want to know that I am eligible or not for apply? Kindly help me to know about this.

No, you are not eligible to apply for HPCL Inspection Engineer recruitment being a B.Com (Accountancy) graduate. To be eligible to apply for HPCL Inspection Engineer recruitment, you should have passed B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university. So, being a B.Com graduate, you are not eligible to apply for HPCL Inspection Engineer recruitment.

There is experience required of three years.

Being a B.Com in Accountancy graduate, you are not eligible to apply for HPCL Inspection Engineer recruitment as for the recruitment the minimum education required is a four year B.tech/B.E. degree course in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical, Mechanical & Production) branch with 60% marks 〔or 50% marks in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates 〕from a recognized technical university.

So, being a B.Com in Accountancy degree holder, you are not eligible for HPCL inspection engineer recruitment as B.Com degree is not an equivalent degree to B.E./B.Tech degree course.
