Please tell me if i can get job in banking sector on the basis of my 12th standard marks. I have secured 88% marks in 12th.

If you can enter into banking sector,you can completed must be any degree of recognized university....

After completion of degree you can apply the bank jobs..

No, 12th standard candidates are not eligible for banking sector jobs.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI clerk exam. Your age should be in between 20 to 28 years.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI PO exam. Your age should be in between 20 to 30 years.

Sorry that you are not eligible for the Banking exam with 12th standard qualification. You need to complete the graduation in order to make your career in Banking sector. Once, after completing Graduation you can apply for IBPS Clerk or PO entrance exam.

No, you cannot get job in Banking sector on the basis of the 12th Class. Remember, 12th Class marks are no where concerned at any point of the selection process. In fact, Graduation marks are not even considered in order to be eligible for appearing in Banking recruitments. The basic educational qualification required eligible to apply for Bank recruitments is "Bachelor Degree" or Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. So do not get worries, 12th Class marks are not at all considered for getting job in Banks instead Graduation PASS required. So I suggest you to pursue Graduate Degree after your successful completion of 12th Class in order to get job in Banking Sector.

For banking sector jobs in India you need at least graduation degree in any discipline. At present you have just 12th pass qualification which will not make you eligible for any government sector banking jobs.

**So in my opinion you have to firstly take admission in graduation by taking any honors paper. In the meanwhile of doing your graduation you can start your preparation for the bank jobs. It will be a right option to you.

You can get job as clerk in banks. This is the minimum qualification required to apply for clerical jobs in banks.

Hence you need to appear in Test for clerical jobs.

You can join in bank jobs by writing the Bank Clerk exam and this exam is being conducted by various banks for the post of Clerk. Having secured 88% in 12th you are eligible for appearing for this exam and you can apply for banks such as SBI. All other eligibility criteria needed are:

# Candidate should have a citizenship in India.

# Age limit needed is 18-28 years for general category and there are relaxation for other category such as 5 years extra for SC/ST and 3 years extra for OBC.

# Regarding the educational qualification, candidate need to have completed +2 from a recognized school board of education with at least 60% aggregate and there are relaxation for other category candidates such as 50% for SC/ST and OBC candidates.

If you satisfy them all then you can apply for the Bank Clerk exam and candidates are selected through:

You can get into banking sector either through Bank clerk exam or Bank PO exam.

For Bank clerk exam, 12th passed are eligible and for Bank PO exam, graduates can apply.

You have scored 88% in 12th. So, you are a very hard work student. You should apply for Bank PO exam after graduation as you will get higher salary in Bank PO.

Bank PO are selected through IBPS PO exam. It is a written exam, you will have an interview after you clear minimum cut off score.

After completion of your intermediate you can apply for the clerical posts of banks and you can also apply for the private sector bank jobs also.
For the IBPS exam you should have minimum qualification of graduation and after your graduation you can also apply for PO, SBI post and so on.
