I am studying for CDS exam. And I want to know with this CDS exam, what are the other exams I can give to join Defence Services? Please let me know as soon as possible.

There are many jobs available other than CDS examination:
Air force common admission test(AFCAT)
IAF airman education instructors trade examination
IAF airman technical trade examination
Indian airman soldier general duty (NER) examination.
Indian army soldier technical examination
Indian Navy dockyard apprentice examination
national defense academy education
IAF airman non technical trade examination
Indian airman soldier clerks examination
Indian navy artificer apprentice examination
these are the examinations available to join defense services.

Sir I want to join defence tell me what I had to do BSC or ba as I am a pcm student or tell me more option on 12th based options

You should do B.Sc.
If you want to join Defence Services after 12th,I am telling you the following exam schemes:-

10+2 Technical Entry Scheme
10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme
Indian Air Force Airman Recruitment exam
Indian Navy Artificer Apprentice Recruitment exam
Indian Navy Senior Secondary Recruitment exam

After BSC:-

CDS Exam
AFCAT Exam
NCC Special Entry Scheme
Short Service Commission Entry in Army/Navy
