I wish to become an RTO officer in Goa. I want to know about the educational qualification required for the post of RTO officer. Please help me with the information.

Actually RTO(Regional Transport Office) is conducted by public service commission which recruit candidate for the post of clerk,judicial post and sub assistant engineer post.The basic qualification for clerk is 12th passed and for judicial post graduate in Law and for sub assistant engineer one should be graduate in engineer.

The candidate who wish to work as Regional Transport Officer (RTO) officer should possess following education qualification.

As there are three posts for RTO exam, the minimum education qualifications for each post is given below.

For Clerk post :

* The candidate should have completed his/ her bachelor's degree from any recognized university.

For Sub Assistant post :

* The candidate should have completed his/ her graduation in Mechanical or Civil streams from any recognized university.

For Judicial post :

* The candidate should have completed his/ her graduation in law from any recognized university.

Educational Qualification Required for RTO officer in Goa:

The basic educational qualification required for RTO (Regional Transport Officer) is as follows.

For RTO Judicial Post :

>> You must have completed Bachelor Degree in LAW with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
>> Age Criteria required for this post is "21 years to 30 years".

For RTO Assistant Engineer Post:

>> Candidates must have completed "Bachelor Degree in Engineering" with minimum 55% marks
>> Age Criteria for this Assistant Engineer post is 21 years to 30 years

For RTO Clerkship Post:

>> Candidates must have passed 10th Class with minimum 55% marks.
>> Minimum Age is 18 years and the maximum age must not exceed 30 years.

After doing diploma in mechanical engineering which exams I have to give for the post of asst motor vehicle inspector

I am afraid you might need a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering to apply. It is common for every Indian state service including Goa or Tamilnadu.
