Hello, I came to know that RPSC has announced a recruitment of Assistant Engineer. I want to apply in this recruitment. Please let me know about the eligibility criteria for applying in this recruitment. Thank you!

The eligibility of RPSC Assistant Engineer recruitment are as follows:

> Candidates should have completed their bachelor's degree in Civil/Agricultural engineering from a recognized college/university in order to apply for Panchayat raj department

> For general departments, one should have qualified bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering disciplines.

> Age should be in between 21 to 40 years

> Age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years are applicable on OBC and SC/ST candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Engineer in RPSC:-

>Educational Qualification:
All Other Departments (Excluding*Panchayati Raj Department): BE in (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical)

For Panchayati Raj Department: Degree in Civil/Agriculture Engineering from a University established by law in India or qualifications declared equivalent thereto by the State Government.

>Age Limit:-

For General/ Unreserved Candidates: Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 40 years
Relaxation ( in Upper age limit )

For SC/ST/ OBC (Rajasthan Domicile) candidates - 05 years
For SC/ST/ OBC (Rajasthan Domicile) - 10 years
For Gen (PH) Candidates - 10 years
For OBC (PH) Candidates - 13 years
For SC/ ST (PH) Candidates - 15 years

Eligibility Criteria Required to apply for RPSC Assistant Engineer Recruitment:

Basically, the general educational qualification required in order to apply for this RPSC Assistant Engineer recruitment is as follows. It varies for posts in Panchayat Raj Departments and Other departments. Here is the minimum educational qualification required.

>> Assistant Engineer in Panchayat Raj Departments:

@ You must have completed their Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Engineering or Civil Engineering from a recognized university

@ You must have working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture

>> Assistant Engineer in Other Departments:

@ You must have completed Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.

@ You must have working knowledge of Hindi written in the devnagri script and knowledge of Rajasthan Culture.

<> Minimum age required - 21 years

<> Upper age limit - 40 years

Of course there will be relaxation applicable for reserved category candidates.

Eligibility conditions to apply for Assistant Engineer Recruitment in Rajasthan Public Service Commission 2018 :

Candidate should have completed a bachelor's degree in engineering in any one of the Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical or Equivalent from a recognised university.

For Panchayati Raj Sector in RPSC : A candidate should have passed bachelor's degree in Civil or Agricultural engineering from a reputed university.

Candidate should also have good knowledge of Hindi Language in Devnangri Script of Reading, Writing and Speaking and also have good knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.

Age limit is also should be known by the candidate because there is criteria in age limit that is minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and maximum age of the candidate should be 40 years.

Relaxation in upper age as per 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates of Rajasthan State Only. Candidates of SC/ST/OBC category of other state will be considered as general in every situation.

Important Dates to Apply Online for RPSC Assistant Engineer Recruitment :

Online Application Start Date : 30th April 2018

Online Application End Date : 29th May 2018

Candidates may fill up application form through online mode by using official website of RPSC Rajasthan Govt. by using ID Password generated online and may take help of E-Mitra in filling up this application form.

If you are eligible then do not wait for the last date and fill up application form early then give time for preparation because if you will have enough time then your preparation will be good and you may perform well in the examination to have good marks for selection.

The eligibility criteria for the post of Assistant Engineer is as follows :

* The candidate must have completed his engineering in the asked stream from a recognized university.

* The candidate must have possessed at least 50% marks in the Engineering.

* The candidate must have attained an age of 21 years at the time of application.
