Minimum eligibility conditions to apply for the post of Dak Sevak jo in West Bengal Postal Circle :

Candidate should have passed class 10th from a recognised state or central govt. board or

Candidate should have passed class 12th from a recognised board and candidates having higher qualification will be preferred for the job so graduates should also apply if they are interested in this job.

Candidates should have computer knowledge of office work and basics of computer and at the time of recruitment candidates need to furnish the certificate of computer knowledge of at least two months means 60 days computer course should be done by the candidate from a reputed board.

Age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years and relaxation in upper age as per govt. rules which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates.

Candidates applying for the job should present rupees 25000/- in security for General Category and 10000/- for other category candidates that will be a bond or guarantee or national savings certificate in case of candidate joined the job and left suddenly so the expenses of the work and time loss will be adjusted right that time.
