There is good job opportunity available for Polytechnic students. Those who completed their Polytechnic course can work in government sector as well as private sector industries. There are so many reputed Government companies offering employment chances to the fresh and experienced Diploma Holders in various engineering branches for Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Civil Engineers etc. You can find job opportunity in the Government Public Sector Unit (PSU) and Public sector undertakings such as:

- BHEL www.bhel.com,
- BEL www.bel-india.com,
- NTPC www.ntpc.co.in/,
- Coal India https://www.coalindia.in,
- HPCL www.hindustanpetroleum.com/,
- SAIL www.sail.co.in etc.

Apart from the above companies, you can also find job opportunity in the Indian Railways, Air ways, Roadways, Defence etc.

The basic requirement for the applicant is complete three years full time Diploma in engineering discipline from AICTE / Government approved Institutions and Universities.

The aspirant has to complete his diploma course for a job in government sector.

MRPL, NEIAH Shillong,Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited, Central Ordinance Depot Jabalpur, NIT Goa,

The aspirant has to check the vacancies in the employment newspaper or in websites for more details.
