I have completed my intermediate (MPC) with 94% and studying degree (BSc) and I want central government jobs. I need guidelines for it.

There are various central government jobs available for graduates. You can apply for such jobs based on notification released by organisations like UPSC, SSC, Railways, FCI, India Post, MHA, MEA, etc. There are many government jobs for graduates.

Selection will be on the basis of performance in the written exam and interview conducted by the concerned organization.

After completion of your bachelor degree from a recognized university, you can apply for various job under central government sector.
A graduate with at least 50% marks from a recognized board can apply in central government sector for various jobs such as Police Jobs, Railway Jobs, Army Jobs, Indian Navy Jobs, Engineering Jobs, Bank Jobs, Defence Jobs, Air Force Jobs, Teaching Jobs, UPSC, SSC, etc.
So after completing your graduation with good percentage marks from recognized board/university, you can apply for the above mentioned jobs after meeting the eligibility criteria.

There are many option for recruitment in Central government services after bachelor degree.

The available option are in :

Indian Railway.

Central Government School.

Defence Service.

CAPF.

CBI, IB, CID etc.

To get recruitment in these jobs candidates have to appear and qualify in respective entrance examination and qualify in it for final selection.

The required qualification to appear for most of them is candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline.
