For cracking civil services you need to clear 3 rounds. They are:
- Prelims - Mains - Interview. If you clear all these rounds in merit then you can become IAS. So, immediately after completion of your engineering apply for Civil Services examination conducted by UPSC. Since you have ample amount of time start preparing from now onwards. Start reading NCERT books from class 6 onwards and read upto class 12 of all subjects then after that try to solve aptitude and reasoning problems quickly and also make it an habit of reading Hindu news paper regularly. After completing a subject try to write model exams on it and try to improve from one exam to another and if possible join in any coaching centre also. If you do above mentioned then there are chances of cracking IAS. |
