How many years required for a clerk to become a PO? Duration required to become GM from PO?
Hi sir, I am akash nikam , I have qualified rrb clerk and ibps clerk. I want to know how many years required for clerk to become a PO and for PO to become a GM through departmental exams?

There is no fixed duration for promotion in PSU banks. It all depends on your performance and track record. Also, there are some internal exams conducted for promotion for clerks and if you can clear them then you will get the next post in short period of time.
Becoming GM will depend on the amount of experience you have in the field. There is no guarantee that one day you will become a GM of bank because there are many factors related to it. |
