I want to become a police sub inspector in kerala after completing my B.Tech Automobile. So i want to know about the procedure for doing so?

You have to appear in the entrance exam conducted by conducted by the Kerala Requirement board.

Eligibility for Sub Inspector post:

The applicant should be a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

The applicant age should be between 21 years to 26 years.

The applicant age should be physically and Medically fit.

The candidate who wishes to join Kerala Police as Sub Inspector has to appear for the Kerala Public Service Commission Exam .

The eligibility criteria required to apply for SI examination in Kerala are as under:-

- The candidate must have completed Graduation degree with at least 60%(50% for SC/ST) marks from a recognized university .

-The age limit to apply for the exam is from 21 years to 30 years for general category.There is relaxation in upper age limit by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

-The physical requirements with respect to Height is 162 cm and chest is 82 cm without expansion .

-The selection procedure involves of

Medical test.
