The aspirant can apply for many government jobs with graduation itself. There are recruitment available in state governments through public service commission like TNPSC, HPSSC, UPSSSC etc. There is are lots of scope in private sector companies. The aspirant can apply for a job in government banks through IBPS for the post of Cleks and Probationary Officer.

The eligibility to apply for both the posts is graduation. There are jobs in central government organisations like Railways, SSC etc.

The aspirant can also apply for the jobs in PSU companies like

- BHEL careers.bhel.in ,
- BEL www.bel-india.com/,
- SAIL www.sail.co.in,

The aspirant can check the job details in the employment news paper and websites.

If you are interested in government jobs, you can stop with B.E and do not go for Master degree like M.B.A.
M.B.A doesn't have good scope for government but B.E. will have high chance for government jobs.
After completing your B.E., you can try for
-GATE-If you get good marks then you can try for PSU's.
-Railways-You can write RRB's for SSE/ JE.
-State government PWD's-All state government recruit for the state industries.

Dear friend as you said you are a b.tech student, than my suggestion for you to go for the m.tech not for MBA. Because M.tech is your field and MBA is totally different from your field MBA goes to marketing field and right not you are in technical field. Both are different from each others.
But if you make your mind for MBA than it is ok, MBA is also a good field. The following specialization are in high demands in government agencies:
