I am starting my career with broadridge financial solution as a mba finance.the position is process annalists it the right decision??
we need to do trade settlement....actually i left my government clerk job for it.

No private sector job can give you job security like a government job. If you prefer job security and family over money, then government job is the best option.
If you want job growth, high salary with experience and don't worry about job security, then present position is a good one. Always, remember in private sector, growth will be according to your performance.
