After completion of M.Sc in Environmental Science, you can get jobs in government sectors for the post of an Environmental Consultant and can also apply for jobs in Forestry departments. Candidates can apply for jobs in government research and development organisations as a research assistant, environmental scientist, environmental pollution control departments etc. One can also apply for NET examination and get the opportunity to start teaching in government institutes.

After completion of M.Sc degree in Environmental Science, one can find many jobs in government sector and private sector.

After completion of postgraduate environmental science, there is a vast scope to get government / public sector jobs as environmental scientist in the fields of industry, research and development, social development environment journalism, environmental modelling etc. Waste treatment Industries, distilleries, mines, fertilizer plants, food processing industries etc.

You can try for lecturer job in government colleges based on your M.Sc degree through NET/SET. Just make sure that you have got at least 55% marks in your masters degree.
