You want to apply for the non technical posts in SSC and also wanted to know about the minimum qualification for the exam. Following are the exams which are conducted by SSC for non technical posts.

--SSC CGL
The minimum qualification for this exam is that student must possess graduation degree from a recognized university.

--SSC CHSL
This exam is conducted every year for the recruitment of postal Assistant, LDC and Data Entry Operator. The minimum qualification for this exam is that student must pass 12th from a recognized board/ university.

>>You will be surprised to know that the notification for SSC CGL has published. The last date for filling the online application is 13th March 2016. In my opinion you have to go through the detailed advertisement before apply.
