Yes you are eligible to apply for Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) after completing diploma in computer engineering course. The candidate who completed three years diploma course in relevant specialization are eligible to apply for BCS course. Since, that you have completed three years diploma course in computer science specialization you are definitely eligible for BCS course. I don't think that you are directly eligible for 2 year. However, I suggest you to visit the concerned institution directly and get details regarding that.


BCS (i.e) Bachelor of Computer Science. The duration of the course is three years which is divided into six semester. There are lot colleges in India which offers BCS course.

Eligibility Criteria:-

-The candidate should have appeared and passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics from recognized university.
-The candidate who completed diploma course can also eligible to apply this BCS course.
-The candidate need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th board examination.
-5% relaxation will be given for reserved category students.

I am third year YD student in diploma in computer science. I get admission after 12th. But now I want to take admission to BCS. If i take all docs in current college ani submit it into next BCS college, then can I attend diploma exam side by side with doing BCS ?
