Can i do Law course through correspondence being a Hoursewife?
I stay in kalwa. I want do a law course by correspondence as i am a housewife. I had completed my graduation in year 96-97. Can i do it?

Yes you can do law course in correspondence mode. The course is available in IGNOU, Annamalai University, Madurai Kamraj University, National Law School etc. The law courses studied through correspondence education are purely academic in nature. The aspirant cannot practice in Courts of Law as Lawyer. But you can be worked as Legal Advisor in private companies. So it is advisable to study law in regular mode and some other courses in correspondence mode. |

Bar Council of India doesn't approve any correspondence law degree course. Hence, if you are looking to become a registered lawyer then you have to do a regular degree.
There are many entrance exam for law admission. CLAT is the most common one and 14 national law universities take part in it for admission in degree and post graduation course in law. |
