Sir/Mam,
I am doing BCA in final year now. Can I join in B.E. directly after doing my BCA? If yes then what is the process to do that? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can do bachelor of engineering directly after completion of bachelor's degree in computer application. Entrance to bachelor's of engineering is given on the basis of ranks in various entrance exams like:

~~Joint Entrance exam.

~~State Level engineering entrance exam.

~~VITEEE, SRMEEE etc.

You can appear in any of the exam and clear it to get admission in any college. If you can not clear any exam then you can get admission on the basis of PCM percentage of marks in 10+2 in any private college. Every year thousands of seats go vacant in private engineering college. However it is not a good decision to do B.E after BCA.

You should go for MCA.

No, BCA candidates are not eligible to get admission in B.Tech through lateral entry exam.

Eligibility criteria for Lateral entry exam:-

(i)Passed diploma course in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy with above 60% marks.

(ii)Passed Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Mathematics as a subject with above 60% marks.

(iii)Your age should be above 18 years.

You can opt for Engineering Course after the completion of BCA.
Once you have completed the course you can appear for the Entrance Examinations for the course of Engineering and you can take admission to the regular 4 year course of B.E.
Clearing the Entrance Examination is the only process for you to study the course of B.E.
You are though not eligible for a Lateral directly into second year.
