Yes, if you have studied PCB stream at class 12th level will surely be eligible for MBBS entrance exam. You will not get any benefit of being a microbiology candidate and admission will be on the basis of entrance exam.

MBBS is for those who want to become a doctor. If you are interested in microbiology as a career then no need to opt for MBBS.
