Usually, the eligibility criteria required for B. Sc are same for all universities. But, the admission process differs from college to college. Some college allot direct admission based on 12th board exam score and some reputed universities conduct their own entrance exam within the college. The candidate who has complete Intermediate (10+2) in science from a recognized university are eligible.

Since, you are interested to join Osmania University, you should score at least 50% of marks in 12th standard. It is not easy to get admission into Osmania University. You required to appear and qualify in the entrance exam conducted by the Osmania University. Since, you have completed the Bachelor Preparatory Program (BPP) from IGNOU. You can apply for B. Sc course which is to relate Preparatory Program.
