Sir I have taken science stream. If I take IT subject with PCM then is it compulsory that we take or get Biology.

No, there is no need to opt for Biology subject along with PCM stream for pursuing your 11th and 12th standard. In Science stream, there are two sub-streams namely Non-Medical Science stream (PCM) and Medical Science stream (PCB). There will be other two subjects like English, Sanskrit or any other subject based on the school you choose for pursuing your 11th and 12th standard. So, you can pursue your 11th and 12th standard with PCM stream without Biology subject in your 11th standard.
