I'm doing bca from ignou(correspondence). I'm in second semester. After graduation am i eligibal for ias ? how many percentage are required in graduation for ias.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for IAS Examination after completion of Graduation even from IGNOU. To join Indian Administrative Services, you are required to appear in Civil Services Aptitude Test which is conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). The minimum qualification required to be eligible for appearing in IAS Examination is "Graduate Degree" or a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Basically there is no minimum percentage required in order to appear in IAS Examination. So make sure you successfully pass "BCA" course from IGNOU. The minimum qualification required is "Degree" of a recognized university or its equivalent. Candidates who are pursuing their final year are eligible to apply for IAS Examination.

After completion of BCA course from IGNOU, you are eligible for IAS exam.

Those candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible for IAS exam.

Age criteria:

For General: 21 to 32 years
For OBC: 21 to 35 years
For SC/ST: 21 to 37 years

No. of Attempts:

For General: 5
For OBC: 9
For SC/ST: No Restriction

For preparing IAS there is no specific educational qualifications after completing some bachelor degree it's better to prepare for IAS it's all depend on our interest go ahead all the best
