Look, the expected rank does not mainly depends on the marks you get in the entrance examination. The rank varies year to year based on the number of candidates applying each year and the performance of the candidates. So, no one can say exactly predict what marks you must score to get a rank less than 30000. You should prepare yourself well and try to score as much as you can.
