There is no fixed minimum percentage bar as such to get admission for higher studies in London after b.tech course. This is because they take admission mostly on the basis of scores in the entrance exams. So you need to score well in the entrance exams to get admission in reputed institutes of London. However they also take the academic background criteria into consideration during selection of students so higher the percentage in your graduation better are your chances to get reputed institutes. Scholarship are given to the students by the concerned universities on account of excellence in the field of academics and outstanding performance in other field of talent or in the entrance exams.

AS you have done B.Tech and after that you want to do MS in London i think it is good decision. After MS you will be get good job as compare to the job after B.Tech. There is no percentage required to apply for the M.tech in London and if you want to apply for the higher studies in London then you have to qualify the IELTS exam there is no minimum marks required in B.Tech.

But remember that there are so many applicants whom apply for the admission in London for higher studies. So it is best to have good marks in B.tech that makes you easy to get admission in best college.

After doing MS from London it will be beneficial for your carrier. After that you will easily get good job with good salary package.

And if you want scholarship then you have to get good marks in B.Tech and i think you should have more then 60% marks in B.Tech.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
