I completed my graduation first year from BHU in 2001. After a long time in 2009 I took admission in second year through Pune university. I completed my graduation in 2010 as first year from one university and second & third year from other university. Is this graduation degree valid for competitive exams? Please guide me as I am in confusion.

Yes, your degree is very much valid for the competitive examinations, there is no problem in it. Since you have completed your Graduation from a recognised University and qualified successfully in the same, you can apply in the different Competitive examinations. You must take care for the age criteria, otherwise there is no problem.
