Is it necessary to have a graduate degree in order to become a company secretary?
I am thinking to apply for CS course but I may not do graduation then..Is it ok to not have a graduation degree but successfully passing the CS course examinations and are there problems in seeking job if I am a company secretary without any graduation degree..

It is not necessary to have a degree for studying company secretary course through Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The eligibility to join the Foundation Programme is a pass in 10+2 only. After foundation you can enroll for Executive Programme and finally Professional Programme. So you can join ACS without graduation. But you can also study a graduation simultaneously with ACS. |
