I want to prepare upsc exams but I have a confusion that I completed 10th in 2011 and I passed 12th in 2013 and again I completed my 1st year of graduation in 2014 after that I left 2&3rd year in 2105&2016 now do I continue to complete my graduation then there will not be problem about it.

No, you are not eligible to pursue graduation in 2nd year or 3rd year directly after drop year.

To pursue degree you have to start the course from first year. Candidates are eligible to get admission in degree after gap year.

The upper age limit for graduation is 25 years. In order to get admission into an undergraduate degree the candidate's age should be less than 25 years, no matter how much the year gap is after completing class 12th. But if your age is under 25 years then you are eligible for any undergraduate degree.
