It is good to see that you are interested in Journalism course. You can select any subject/stream in 12th standard as wish. Any stream candidates are eligible to apply for a Bachelor of Journalism. However, I recommend you to select the Arts stream which is related to Journalism. There are so many various specializations available in Journalism course. Here, I have listed you some best specialization, which you can select after completing 12th standard.

-Professional Journalism
-Convergence Journalism
-Science Journalism
-Investigative Journalism
-Sports Journalism

Eligibility Criteria for B.A Journalism:

-> Students must have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. Those students are waiting for 12th standard board exam result can also apply.
-> Students must have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% of SC/ST) in their concerned subjects.

Most of the colleges select the candidates based on the marks obtained in 12th board exam. However, some reputed colleges may conduct their own entrance exam. Such colleges allot admission based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam.

You can take any subject in class 12 , there is no subject choice for BA Journalism,Graduate from any stream are eligible for Journalisam Course
Minimum Eligibility for these course are :
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with the 50% marks or more.

Duration of the Course: 3 years

Good communication Skill,
Writing Skill
Good General Knowledge
