Which University will provide me seat for doing B.Ed in correspondence mode after getting 40% marks in Graduation? Can you please help me to to find out the best college to the B.Ed course. Right now I have no idea where to apply as well.

I am si right now and wants to do mba . But wants to that doing mba in security management is better than doing mba in hr for future
