I want to know about the eligibility criteria for the admission in b.sc. In agriculture stream in amu?

To be eligible to get admission to do B.Sc. Agriculture in AMU, you must have completed Senior Secondary School or an equivalent examination with at least 55% marks in aggregate of English and three subjects from amongst Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Home Science. Admissions to this course in AMU are offered through Admission Test. Candidates who qualify the entrance examination will be called for counselling and they will be offered admission in B.Sc. Agriculture course.

Eligibility Criteria Required to do B.Sc Agriculture in Aligarh Muslim University (AMU):

>> Candidates who are willing to get into AMU via B.Sc in Agriculture course must have passed "Senior Secondary School Exam" with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.

>> Candidates must have studied 12th Class with minimum 55% marks in a Compulsory English any of the three optional subjects.
* Chemistry
* Mathematics
* Physics
* Home Science
* Biology

>> B.Sc in Agriculture course at AMU is a 6 semester course and total seats alloted for this program are 30 only.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard with PCMB from a recognized university are eligible for B.Sc in Agriculture in AMU.

Your age should be above 16 years.

The minimum qualification required to pursue this field is a 10+2 pass certificate in science from a a recognized university. The candidate should score at least 50% of marks in 12th board exam. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the 12th board exam.

Applicants can apply online. Application form and prospectus can be obtained from the Admissions Office of the AMU university during the month of April/May.

-The minimum educational qualification required to pursue this field is a 10+2 pass certificate in science with 50% of marks from a recognized university.

- Minimum of 50% marks in Physics, chemistry and biology at 12th standard level.

You have to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the AMU university.

Eligibility to apply for pursuing B.Sc course from AMU:

> Candidates should have completed their +2 level of education from a recognized University

> Candidate's age should not be below 17 years
