CA course refers to Chartered Accountancy course and same is a professional degree course which is divided into three stages which are Common Proficiency Test ( CPT ), Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC ) and the Final Stage respectively.

Having completed your graduation with 45% marks you are eligible for pursuing CA course only if you have secured at least 50% aggregate in your Class 12th' Also in the same case you will need to pursue all the three stages of CA course as in the case of graduation with commerce stream with 55% ( 60% in case of other stream candidates ) students are allowed to exempt CPT course.

As far as you are concerned about the career opportunity in banking field then you have the option of becoming bank clerk and bank probationary officer as per your present educational qualification. Further if you complete your CA course then you will have the additional option of becoming Specialist Officer i.e; Chartered Accountant.

Since you have completed your Graduation course with only 45% of marks in it, you cannot apply for direct IPCC phase of CA course.
You are eligible to apply for CPT phase on the basis of class 12th education.
Candidates those who have completed their class 12th with Commerce stream from a recognised University can apply for CPT phase in order to pursue CA course.

Once you qualify in CPT, you will be eligible for IPPC stage and after qualifying in IPCC, you can appear for final stage of CA course.
