You can apply for internship in ISRO after completing your 2nd year of engineering. You have to visit their official website (https://www.isro.gov.in/careers) and fill up the internship application form. If the requirement is going on then they will give you a call. Now you have to submit your resume with all the educational documents and follow their instructions carefully.
