Students can apply for internships in the HR field in various organizations. They have to apply for internships through their college placement and training cell or online or through employee referral. Students have to apply for internships with necessary documents like a NOC letter from college, covering letter and resume. Students can get help from their seniors also for internships. One of the best and successful ways to get an HR internship is employee referral. Internship duration may be between 6 weeks to 8 weeks for students.
