Hello sir, I have got one year back in Diploma engineering with Electrical stream. Can I apply for apprenticeship at TISCO? Syllabus of TISCO exam?

It doesn't depend on the company but on the university.

If the university in which you are studying allows you to get the training done even with the backlog, you can definitely go for that.

If it says that you first need to clear the back, then you must follow the rules.

Get the clear image about the rules of your university and act accordingly.
