Am I eligible to apply for UGC-NET if pursuing final year of Master's Degree in Visual Arts? Detailed information and syllabus of UGC-NET for Visual Arts?
Hello,
I have completed BFA(Bachelors in Fine Arts) specialization in Painting, currently I am pursuing MVA(Masters in Visual Arts) specialization in Graphics & Print making, final year. So can I give UGC NET exam. I want to know how can apply I apply for it, what will be the syllabus and other important details. |

NET stands for National Eligibility Test. This exam is conducted by UGC. The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam. There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.
