In order to pursue PhD Law from Indian Universities, you should have completed your post graduate degree in law with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. With this eligibility candidates have to appear for a written examination conducted by the university in which they want to get admission. Candidates who have qualified M.Phil/UGC NET/JRF/SLET will be given direct admission and they will be exempted from the entrance examination.
