Can I study PhD in Statistics in IGNOU after completion of M.Com?

Sir,
I am pursuing my M.Com and I want to know that can I do PhD in Statistics after completing M.Com? Can do it from IGNOU?

Yes, candidate can study PhD in Statistics in IGNOU after completion of M.Com.

Eligibility :

Candidate must have passed graduation and Masters from any recognised university.
There is no age limit.
Candidate must have secured more than 50% marks in Masters.

You are a M.Com student so you are not eligible to do Ph.D in Statistics.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree in Mathematics/ Statistics from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course in Statistics.

There is no age criteria.
