You are still with the Intermediate qualification. So you need to take your career in a good path to be eligible for doing Ph.D course.Basically after completion of your Intermediate course you need to do your Bachelor’s Degree or else Graduation from a recognized university.Soon after completion of the Bachelor degree you need to then continue to go for the Masters Degree ,make sure you complete all the degrees from a recognized university/college.

Generally to be eligible for the Phd course you must have a minimum of Masters degree educational qualification. There are Full time as well as Part time Ph.D Programmes are available. But you try to go for the Full time Phd Programme for learning good subject concepts for your career. The Course duration of this Ph.D lasts from the “ 2 to 5 years “.
The various streams or disciplines in Ph.D Are such as Management,Law,Medical,Engineering,Arts,Science,Li nguistic,Commerce,Humanities,Computers,Finance areas,Information Technology areas and more.Other than this there are many like Business Administration,Cosmetology,Disaster management,Horticulture,International studies,Library Science,Psychology,Social work,Total Quality management,Sociology,Nanotechnology and more.

To be eligible for Ph.D you must have minimum of Masters degree with a minimum of 55% from a recognized university. You must have to write either GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) or else NET(National Eligibility Test) score to get in to the Admission in Phd Programme. And M.Phil candidates need not write any entrance examination for admission in to Ph.D.You better to go for the B.Tech and M.Tech ,so that you can then write GATE exam.Based the score in GATE you can get admission in Ph.D in a good college.
