Re: Passing criteria of UGC SET and NET exam?
Hello, I am a general category student.
I scored 70 in P-I, 40 in P-II and 42 in P-III. So the total is 152 out of 350, that is 43.42% It is mentioned that a candidate must secure 40% aggregate of all the 3 papers, so did I clear it or not. |

Re: Passing criteria of UGC SET and NET exam?
According to the UGC NET Eligibility Criteria, a candidate needs a minimum of 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognized by UGC.
However, the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer)/ PWD/ Transgender category need a minimum of 50% marks in Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination. Thanks!! |
