Is it possible for me to get admission for Ph.D in any IIT if I have 94% marks and scored 416 in GATE?


Sir/Mam,

I got 94.64% and score-416 in gate. can I get any IIT for Ph.D in maths??
I will be always thankful to you... Hoping that I will get the information on this as soon as possible. Can someone please answer my query on the same. Thank you.!

You have chance of getting admission in IIT for a PH.D programme as you have got GATE score but you need to appear for interview stage also before getting selected.

Normally, most of the GATE qualified students go for PSU job or M.Tech, therefore, there is a good chance for you to get admission for PH.D. You should be very well prepared for the interview because it will determine the merit.
