I wanted to enquire about the procedure and essential qualifications for pursuing Ph.D in history from du, after completing m.a. I am pursuing post grad from du?

First you must have M.A in History qualification with at least 55% marks. If you have M.Phil degree then also it will be good because it will give exemption from entrance exam. If you have NET/SET score then also you will be exempted from entrance exam.

Admission will be based on the performance in written exam and interview conducted by the concerned university. DU is a reputed university and you must have good academics to get admission.
