Sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to do PhD as for now because you haven't completed master's degree yet.
Candidates willing to PhD in Atomic and Laser Physics, must have to complete masters degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized university.
Eligible candidates then have to appear in UGC-NET/CSIR exam qualifying in which they can take admission into PhD course in the relevant field.
So in order to become eligible for PhD, you need to complete you master's degree in the relevant discipline with atleast 55% marks.
PhD course usually take a minimum duration of 3 years after master's degree in India.

Candidates those who are wiling to do Ph.D course in Atomic and laser Physics, must have completed their Masters degree in the relevant field of Physics from a recognized University with scoring a minimum of 55% of marks in it.
Once after the completion of Masters degree course with a minimum of 55% of marks, candidates must have to appear in the NET examination, qualifying in which they can take admission in different Colleges to study Ph.D in the above mentioned field.
